Pick up time is confirmed upon your flight time and traffic condition on transfer date. If you confirm to book 7 days in advance, we will try to arrange an English speaking driver (but subject to availability). Pick-up & see-off are for all Lhasa hotels such as Shangri-la, The St. Regis, Intercontinental hotel Lhasa Paradise, Tashi Nota Hotel, Snow Heaven Hotel, Dekang Hotel, House of Shambhala, Shambhala Palace, The Tibet Gang Gyan Lhasa Hotel, Dhood Gu Hotel, Gorkha Hotel, Heritage Hotel, Tashitakge Hotel, etc.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Lhasa City hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantly.
Please note:
1) You may have a Tibetan or Chinese speaking driver, but he knows exactly where to pick up and/or drop off,you can use his mobile to call your TripAdvisor for translation if in need at any time during the ride.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- If your flight changes please let us know in advance, so we can rearrange your transfer. Your driver will wait 70 minutes after your flight arrival (for airport pick up) or 30 minutes (for airport drop off), if you can not arrive the meeting point on time please let us know in advance.Otherwise your driver will leave, airport pick up or drop off will be considered as no show.
- Please be on time, the hotel check in will need your Tibet travel permits, so be sure you will have permits for Lhasa arrival check in. If you fly to Kathmandu, permits will also be needed. But if you fly back to cities in mainland China from Tibet, Tibet travel permits are not needed.
