Day1 fly or take train to Lhasa, to be picked up by our Tibetan Guide and Tibetan driver (with your name sign), transfer to Ancient Downtown Lhasa, o/n in Hotel
Day2 Lhasa: guided sightseeing tour of Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar
Day3 Lhasa: guided sightseeing tour of Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery
Day4 Lhasa-Yamdrok Tso Lake-Gyantse (Pelkhor Monastery & Kumbum)-Shigatse
Day5 Shigatse-Tashilhunpo Monastery and local free market), on in Shigatse Manasarovar Hotel or similar one if late booking
Day6 Shigatse-Shegar-Rongphu-Everest Base Camp, sun set pictures, o/n in guesthouse best available in Rongphu.
Day7 Rongphu Monastery-Everest Base Camp (sun rise pictures)-Rongphu-Zhangmu, o/n in Hotel
Day8 Leave Tibet for Border at 11:30 am (Chinese time-Beijing Time), our Nepal Representative will pick you up and transfer to Kathmandu (123km) around 4 pm local time. |
